1. ELIGIBILITY
   
   Open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at time of entry.
   

Entrant must be following @ApexPrecisionShop on Instagram at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD
   
   The giveaway begins on 2/16/2026 12:00AM EST
   and ends on 3/16/2026 12:00AM EST.
   

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   

A. Purchase Entry

Entrants receive three (3) entries for every $1 USD spent on apexprecision.store during the Promotion Period.

Only completed purchases count. Refunded, canceled, or chargeback transactions will void associated entries.

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to info@apexprecision.store with subject line: “APEX Giveaway Entry.”

Include:

• Full legal name
  
• Email address
  
• Country of residence
  
• Instagram handle
  

Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period.

1. PRIZE
   

One (1) winner will receive store credit equal to fifty percent (50%) of total net sales generated during the Promotion Period, capped at a maximum value of $1,000 USD.

“Net sales” means completed orders excluding refunds, canceled orders, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping fees.

Prize will only be awarded if total net sales during the Promotion Period reach a minimum of $500 USD.

If the minimum threshold is not reached, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or extend the promotion.

Store credit:

• Has no cash value
  
• Is non-transferable
  
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
  
• Must be used within twelve (12) months
  
• Applies only to products sold directly by Apex Precision
  

1. WINNER SELECTION
   

Winner will be selected at random within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.

Winner must:

• Be actively following @ApexPrecisionShop on Instagram at time of drawing
  
• Respond to notification within five (5) days
  

If winner fails to respond or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

1. VERIFICATION
   

Sponsor reserves the right to verify:

• Purchase legitimacy
  
• Instagram follow status
  
• Identity and eligibility
  

Fraudulent entries, bots, automated methods, duplicate free entries, or manipulation attempts will result in disqualification.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
  
• Release Apex Precision from liability related to participation or prize use
  
• Allow Sponsor to use winner’s name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation
  

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.

1. TAXES, SHIPPING, AND DUTIES
   

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, import duties, or shipping charges associated with prize redemption.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
  
• Technical failures
  
• Website downtime
  
• Payment processor errors
  

1. GOVERNING LAW
   

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
