Products & Quality

Are your parts tested or quality checked?

Yes. We curate products intentionally and prioritize material quality, fitment accuracy, and real-world usability. If it’s not something we’d run ourselves, it doesn’t make it onto the site.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by product, but commonly include:

  • T304 stainless steel for exhaust and performance components
  • Carbon fiber (including dry/prepreg carbon where specified)
  • High-quality aluminum, silicone, and reinforced composites

Are your carbon fiber parts real carbon?

Yes, when a product is listed as carbon fiber, it uses real carbon fiber. We clearly distinguish between carbon-look and true carbon products to avoid confusion.

How do your exhaust systems compare to premium brands?

Our valved exhaust systems are built with premium materials and refined sound characteristics comparable to top aftermarket brands. The goal is to deliver high quality and performance without unnecessary brand markup.

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Do I need professional installation?

Some parts are simple bolt-ons, while others (exhausts, downpipes, turbos) may require professional installation. We recommend professional install for major performance components.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and destination. Typical delivery ranges from 7–21 business days. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout when available.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as it becomes available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered production or fulfillment, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Where do your products ship from?

Orders ship from a combination of partner fulfillment centers and manufacturing facilities, depending on the product. This allows us to offer better availability, fair pricing, and quicker turnaround without unnecessary handling.

Why does my shipping label show a different location?

Some products ship directly from our partners or manufacturers. This is intentional and helps reduce delays while keeping costs reasonable. Regardless of where an item ships from, Apex Precision remains your point of contact for support and service.

Do you accept returns?
